The Challenge

 

A new director had just been bought into the Drugs and Alcohol Directorate. 

 

This was a newly merged directorate and morale and engagement was extremely low across the entire directorate at all levels.

 

 

The Agreed Solution

 

Results International initially spoke to employees within the directorate to understand the current situation and challenge from as many perspectives as possible, before designing an innovative workshop aimed at breaking through the limiting beliefs and behaviours that were having a negative impact across the teams. 

 

The ‘Delivering Excellence’ workshop was initially delivered to Mandie Campbell and her direct reports and then rolled throughout the directorate. ‘One-to-One’ coaching was available post the ‘Delivering Excellence’ workshop, was available to all the delegates along with two half-day intense ‘Drive to Action’ workshops.

 

 

The Result

 

This directorate now has the highest morale and engagement scores in Home Office.

 

The energy and atmosphere across the directorate is completely different and the momentum is being sustained by people within the directorate.
