Designed for managers at all levels, the challenge is for nominated leaders to lead their team through a series of work and non-work based activities, towards success.  Everyone has the opportunity to lead, analyse, facilitate, delegate, decide and present on the best course of action.
 
People pick up great leadership tools and techniques along the way, without even realising they are learning. It’s a great way to enable people to showcase their skills, in a dynamic, facilitated, coaching environment
 

Uses for the Game – the game can be used as a diagnostic tool to assess the skill and capability level of a group of managers, as a teambuilding exercise, as part of a development centre or leadership development programme.
