It is said "it is hard to build a journey plan if you don’t know where you are starting from", the same is true as we embark on any personal or professional development.  For this reason we include 360o Feedback, Discovery Personality Profiling, Myers Briggs and Firo-B questionnaires as required in our leadership development programmes and a series of interactive and engaging diagnostic tools when we embark on organisational or cultural research.

Organisations are fundamentally communities of people who have been brought together to achieve a vision or some specific outcome, if they are working well together, the organisation or team is successful and the work practices, processes and procedures are in alignment.  If for any reason there is a lack of clarity or vision, the wrong type of people are employed or the wrong practices are being adopted or measured, the organisation becomes clunky lacks alignment and it becomes less and less successful. 

 

Our job is to work with our clients to identify what is and isn’t working, especially in the area concerning people and to do this we use our Results International Cultural Survey and ‘The Game Leaders Play TM’ as assessment tools, we combine these with one-to-one meetings, focus groups and observation.
