The Challenge

 

In light of having been recently acquired and increasing competition, there was a strong need for the Activa Leadership community to meet, understand their current reality and the up and coming trends and then to agree an aligned plan of action to move forward. 

 

 

The Agreed Solution

 

Using tried, tested and innovative interventions and processes, Results International facilitated two ‘Strategic Planning’ sessions, which all of the Leadership in the business attended. 

 

 

These sessions provided a forum for honest debate, practical planning and feedback on how the Leaders were feeling.

 

The Result

 

A more motivated and aligned Leadership Community, who were clear about what needed to be done to continue being successful.
